Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are consumable health and personal-care items, we follow standard supplement-industry practices to keep every customer safe.

Opened or used products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email orders@agefix.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows a problem or your package doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
